Sellers: When selling an item on eBay for Charity simply select Bulgaria's Abandoned Children from the list of charities and choose a percentage of proceeds to donate (10-100 %).
MissionFish¹ will collect your donation when the auction ends and pass this to Bulgaria's Abandoned Children (after deducting a minimal fee) - a tax receipt will also be provided to the seller.
Buyers: Remember to look out for eBay for Charity's distinctive blue and yellow ribbon when searching for items to buy on eBay - this will help you to recognise items that will provide charitable donations. To view all items that will make a contribution to our charity simply search for 'Bulgaria's Abandoned Children' from the eBay homepage.
¹eBay has partnered with MissionFish, a non-profit service provider, to manage the donation process - this includes claiming Gift Aid on your donation if you have made a Gift Aid declaration, which means that HM Revenue & Customs (formerly Inland Revenue) will donate an extra 28p for every pound that you give to Bulgaria's Abandoned Children!
