£10,000 from the Daily Mail and RBS

We are delighted to announce that The Campaign for Bulgaria's Abandoned Children won £10,000 in the Daily Mail and Royal Bank of Scotland's £1 million charity giveaway at the end of last year. Our prize, as one of the runners up for Best Charity was awarded after a voting competition amongst Daily Mail readers to find the favourite children's charity in the UK.
The competition was open to all British-registered children's charities. The winner, Tommy's, received the top prize of £100,000 and there were 90 runners up all getting £10,000 each.
We are very grateful to all our supporters who took the time to vote. It was a great end to 2007.
